01Automotive · 2 years of support

An HR function from scratch, and a pay system

Brief: The team was growing, but everything — from hiring to conflicts — came back to the owner.
What we did: Launched HR processes, built the culture work, designed salary grades and a motivation system for the in-house HR partner.
What stayed: Their own HR inside the company, plus grades and KPIs the team runs without us.

02Manufacturing · garment production

Pay for results instead of “that’s how it grew”

Brief: Rates had built up over years; nobody could say what producing one unit actually cost.
What we did: Calculated labour cost against norms and actuals, built G1–G4 grades, an output sheet and a scenario model for the payroll fund.
What stayed: A master grade file where the owner sees how the production plan moves the payroll fund.

03Service centre network

Hiring managers, and making them stay

Brief: Manager roles stayed open for months, and those who were hired didn’t last. Departments had grown by accident: roles overlapped, pay levels didn’t exist.
What we did: Built role profiles, took over search and assessment, wrote onboarding for the manager and the CEO. Then mapped the department structure — who owns what and who reports to whom — and built a grading system with levels and pay ranges for every role.
What stayed: Reusable role profiles, an onboarding plan, and a grading grid the company uses to set pay and show every role where it can grow.
