We answer for the quality of the work: in hiring the guarantee is concrete — up to three replacements free of charge if the person doesn’t fit. On retainer you see a monthly plan and a report on every step, and you can stop at any time. What we won’t do is quote percentages in advance: no honest consultant can name an exact figure up front.
Why not hire HR in-house?
An in-house HR for a team of 10–50 costs from $12,000 a year plus taxes and holidays — and still isn’t busy full time. For less, you get a team rather than one person: a recruiter, a compensation specialist, an analyst. And when the function outgrows us, we’ll find your in-house HR and hand the processes over.
When will I see the first result?
For volume hiring we show the first candidates within 5–7 working days of the start. A targeted search for a rare specialist takes longer — we say so honestly on the call instead of promising everyone “two weeks”.
What if the format doesn’t fit — can we stop?
Yes. A standard engagement runs 6–12 months, but new clients are offered a shorter three-month option. You can stop at any point: we hold you with results, not with a contract.
How are you different from a recruitment agency?
An agency fills the role and disappears. We build the system: role profile, hiring funnel, onboarding, retention. For one vacancy an agency is cheaper. For a system that runs without you, come to us.
What happens to our data?
We sign an NDA before the work starts — while you’re still only showing us the situation. Access is minimal and named. Your salaries, conflicts and personnel files never appear in our materials, decks or social media without your written permission.
